Rochester Ginger is the original product based on the family recipe passed down generations from the Dickensian Era in Britain. Rochester Dark Ginger

Rochester Dark Ginger is the richer, smoother counterpart to the original Rochester Ginger, it provides a sweeter expression to the range. This drink has an old Jamaican twist to the traditional recipe, which changes the flavour profile, while it still maintains the popular ginger kick, the addition of dark brown sugar and a caramel, indulgent element.

Rochester Light Ginger

Rochester Light Ginger is the no added sugar variation of the original Rochester Ginger recipe, created for the more health-conscious consumer in mind. With just 35 calories per 100ml, it offers a lower-calorie alternative without compromising on character. Sweetened with apple juice, it retains the distinctive warmth of the range and, arguably, delivers the strongest ginger kick of them all.

Rochester Organic Root Ginger

With a greater emphasis on the health-conscious consumer, Rochester Organic Root Ginger is made differently from the other ginger recipes in the range. Crafted with pressed organic ginger juice, it has a fresher profile with more distinctive citrus notes.
